Launched in March 2021, Noor Riyadh is an annual citywide festival celebrating light and art. It features a world-class exhibition and a rich public program, including educational workshops, talks, and performances.

Noor Riyadh brings together the finest light artworks from leading international and Saudi artists, covering the largest city footprint of any light art festival globally.
